The Pregnancy Support Center of Caddo County is here to help!
An unplanned pregnancy can leave you feeling afraid and uncertain about your future. You might not know who to talk to or what your options are. But you don’t have to face these decisions alone. The Pregnancy Support Center has lots of free services to help you with your pregnancy and, or parenting needs.

Our caring and compassionate volunteers are here to help those who are facing unplanned or surprise pregnancies. Our services are free and confidential. We simply want to help you with your options, and to help you make the best, and most informed decisions.

Are you pregnant, and how far along are you?

The Pregnancy Support Center offers free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds in Chickasha, and free pregnancy option education to women who need guidance and support. If you think you might be pregnant and need confirmation or guidance, contact the Pregnancy Support Center. If you live farther away, call us. We will help you find the center nearest you. There are several Pregnancy Centers around the state of Oklahoma and the country.
